MAKING ETHICS TRAINING MORE THAN JUST A CHECKBOX
Ethics training is often synonymous with the groans and shrugs of employees who are thinking of all the "better ways" to be spending their time. Our ethics training takes the core principles of active learning and provides a platform for congruence between an employee's values and the values of the organization in a fun, interactive and meaningful way. The key to great learning is to create a buzz that ripples through the organization and that the conversations continue on in the break room, during happy hour and around the dinner table at home. We can help coax your employees out of the box, and help them examine the ethical terrain they work and live in.
ENGAGEMENT + MOTIVATION = ENERGY (OUR GREATEST TOOL FOR HR)
We know that energy, and not time is our greatest human resource. By coming from a values-based approach, we can help employees move beyond self-interest and propel engagement and motivation. The carrot and sticks approach to motivation has been thoroughly debunked. Instrinsic motivation is the key. Employees want to be engaged in meaningful, important work that reflects their values. Our ethics program reflects the cutting edge in research by doing what actually works―meaning making through an integrated approach that weaves together the principles of neuroscience and emotional intelligence. We focus on what matters most to you, and find the sweet spot of alignment with the values of your employees which in turns drives engagement through autonomy rather than compliance.

CASE STUDY OVERVIEW: MURDER, BIG BUSINESS & THE SILENCE THAT FOLLOWED
On the 6th highest peak in the world, nestled between the geopolitical faultlines of Nepal and Tibet, some 60 mountaineers are preparing for their ascent up Mount Cho Oyo at Advanced Base Camp. A 17 year-old Tibetan nun, Kelsang Namtso is shot and killed by Chinese border patrol as the mountaineers watch on in horror. The silence from the mountaineering community that followed was perhaps more shocking than the murder itself. What can we learn from this story to have the courage to face ethical dilemmas in our organizations?
